PSE's Energy Supply Merchant team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Consulting ETRM Systems Analyst position!

Job Description

Serves as a strategic technical leader, designs and directs enterprise-wide automated systems solutions to address complex business challenges across multiple organizational areas. Provides consultation on system design, technology selection, and implementation strategies while establishing standards and best practices for development methodologies. Leads cross-functional teams in large-scale system transformations, driving strategic IT budget planning and capital investment decisions, and serves as a subject matter expert for business strategy alignment. Directs vendor relationships and external development efforts, establishes enterprise system standards, and mentors internal teams while ensuring organizational technology initiatives align with long-term business objectives and industry best practices.

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and / or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise for multiple application technologies that span lines of business and impact software, data, network / communication, and computing platform technologies.
• Researches and collaborates with Business Partner, Business Systems Analyst, Resource Managers, and Architects in tactical and long-term road-mapping, RFI, RFPs and new / enhanced system capabilities to ensure alignment of business and IT requirements.
• Proactively involved in developing an overall IT strategy via direct experience in tactical projects and specific user requirements.
• Responsible for the identification of gaps in the business processes. Engages in security / authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
• Operates as a key participant at the departmental level in line organization initiatives, tactics and strategies to act as a liaison from the line organizations to IT for continued development of the internal systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $120,400.00 - $200,400.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
