Hampden Family Pet Hospital is looking for Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About You

As a Client Service Representative, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to surgery assistance, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

Experience & Skills Requirements :

• Customer service experience and 2 years' experience in veterinary medicine are highly preferred
• Great communication skills - Team oriented with an ability to collaborate and support each other
• Outstanding multi-tasker
• Must be able to work rotating weekends and certain holidays
• Desire to practice empathetic, gold standard medicine benefiting our patients
• Are paw-sitive, kind and provide trustworthy communication to the patients, team members and clients.
• Have the desire to constantly grow and advance as a valued member!

At Hampden Family Pet Hospital, we offer primary care and urgent care service for dogs, cats, small mammals, and reptiles in Englewood. We specialize in Acupuncture, Orthopedic Surgery, and Laparoscopic Surgery. We are proud to be AAHA accredited and Canine Blood Heroes Blood Bank is on site.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $17-19 /  hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
