As the Dispatch Manager, youll lead and grow a centralized call center dispatch team supporting final mile logistics. This role is focused on call center-based dispatch support for multiple warehouse and distribution centers and requires a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The Centralized Dispatch Team manages route planning and dispatch for CORTs final-mile operations. As Dispatch Manager, youll take a hands-on leadership role, guiding a team of dispatchers who support our delivery teams across the country. Youll be instrumental in developing KPIs, reporting, SLAs, and standardization to scale operations regionally. This is a remote position performed from the convenience of your home office. Only candidates residing in the Eastern or Central time zone will be considered. Salary Range : $75,000 - $82,000 / year (dependent on experience) + eligibility for CORTs Performance Sharing Plan (PSP) bonus.
