Revenue Cycle Associate

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate to manage billing operations and support reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage unpaid claims, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely reimbursement

Collaborate on appeals for denied claims and analyze denial trends to implement prevention strategies

Provide excellent customer service to patients and stakeholders while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications :

Associates degree required

1-3 years of relevant revenue cycle, medical billing, or accounts receivable experience

Experience with payment posting, contractual adjustments, and account reconciliation

Understanding of insurance eligibility and patient financial responsibility

Experience in claims processing systems and navigating payer websites
