Cost Accountant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily cost accounting, working closely with individuals throughout the company in other departments.
• Fixed asset accounting and various general ledger accounting.
• Backup for accounts payable.
• Prepare monthly sales and use tax returns and annual personal property returns.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Required: Strong computer skills; advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel), and experience working with data entry in an ERP system
• Ideally, experience with Epicor ERP
• Required: Manufacturing experience with 3+ years of cost accounting

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
