We’re seeking a Learning Developer to support a high-profile entertainment company's talented team. This is a remote, out-of-region opportunity supporting Netflix’s Learning & People Development initiatives. The role involves creating engaging digital learning experiences, formatting content for clarity and visual appeal, and managing localization workflows, all within a contract period of approximately three months. Learning Developer Responsibilities:
- Translate content and design specifications into polished interactive courses using Articulate Rise, ensuring adherence to established design standards.
- Develop and implement interactive elements within Articulate Storyline, following provided guidelines.
- Format and style documents and visual assets to enhance clarity and visual consistency.
- Export, import, and verify localization files (XLIFF), troubleshooting as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all digital assets to confirm functionality, visual alignment, and accessibility compliance.
Learning Developer Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Familiarity with XLIFF format and localization processes.
- Excellent visual design skills, with attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines independently.
Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
