Position Overview :

HSE Administrator role is responsible for managing the company's digital document delivery platforms, managing employee training records / HSE inspection data, developing weekly HSE reports, and is responsible for providing administrative support to the HSE Director in managing and coordinating HSE activities across the business unit. This role requires experience in safety administration, excellent communication skills, experience with HSE analytics programs, advanced technical computer skills, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

Digital Document Delivery Platform Ownership :

• Serve as the lead for JCG’s digital document delivery platform (PRIM Talks, HSE Campaigns / Initiatives, PPT training development / branding, Translation of HSE documents from English to Spanish).
• Oversee the digitization of existing documents, ensuring accurate and efficient transformation from paper to digital formats.
• Train new users and administrators on the HSE software programs / platforms, ensuring all users understand how to access, submit, upload, and manage documents effectively.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, manage updates, and continuously improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any platform-related inquiries, updates, or issues.
