Clinical Business Administrator - Perioperative Services
Clinical Business Administrator is responsible for managing the business and operational functions of clinical departments. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by supporting clinical leadership with financial oversight, strategic planning, compliance management, and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience Required : Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or business administration including two (2) years of leadership experience. Certifications, Licenses, or Registration required : N / A
Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Knowledgeable in healthcare administration, financial management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of clinical operations and patient care processes. Skilled in budgeting, data analysis, revenue cycle management, and process improvement to support efficient, high-quality healthcare delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity to manage teams, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Adept at using EHR systems and business software to enhance decision-making and organizational performance.
