Responsibilities of Tax Manager :

  • Lead and Develop : Manage and mentor your team of 2.
  • Review Expertise : Oversee and review individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.
  • Preparation of Taxes : Prepare and manage your portfolio of individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.
  • Drive Growth : Play a key role in the firm's expansion and success.
  • Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.

    • Qualifications for the Tax Manager :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with CPA certification or eligibility.
  • Experience : 4+ years in tax preparation

    • Salary :

  • Range : $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
