Quality Systems Lead is a hybrid position that splits their time between two areas in Quality; Training and Internal Auditing. You will be responsible for executing effective employee training assessments and for conducting internal audits on processes for compliance with requirements. This is a 100% on site hourly position.

What you'll do on a typical day :

• Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirements
• Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules
• Conduct quality audits
• Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct hands on training of employees on operational standards and procedures
• Conduct associate training assessments
• Conduct associate competency assessments
• Recording operational proficiencies aligned with skill assessments
• Documenting non-conformance, observations and recommendations for improvement
• Preparing and presenting quality audit and training status reports to management
