Schedule : MondayFriday, 3 : 00 PM11 : 00 PM Pay Rate : $19.80 per hour Onsite in Parma, OH
Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist Job Description :
This role focuses on high-speed data entry, document verification, and digital quality control. Responsibilities include :
- Keying 15,000 keystrokes / hour into data entry software
- Validating document classifications, extracted data, and redactions
- Manually entering metadata into the system
- Reviewing checks for accurate payee, dates, signatures, and amounts
- Reconciling check batches and generating return letters if needed
- Comparing hardcopy documents to digital versions for accuracy
- Meeting productivity and accuracy standards
- Performing repetitive tasks following set procedures
