Domain Focus : Returns Management / Reverse Logistics / EDI Integrations

Job Overview :

Our client is actively seeking an experienced SAP SD / OTC Business Analyst to support and drive key initiatives focused on Returns Management Authorization (RMA) processes within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP SD , hands-on experience configuring returns and reverse logistics processes , and a strong understanding of EDI integration using IDocs .

Required Skills & Experience :

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven hands-on experience in implementing and configuring returns and reverse logistics scenarios .
• Expertise in EDI configuration and IDoc management (X12, EDIFACT standards).
• Experience working with SAP CPI or other middleware tools for EDI-IDoc mappings.
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional integration between SD, MM, FI, and external systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex global rollouts.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
