A Day in the Life
Start your day in a fully stocked truck, review scheduled appointments on your iPad, and head to your first home visit. You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, explain options clearly, and help homeowners make confident decisions—focusing on service over sales. Throughout the day, you’ll perform quality repairs and installs, keep your work area and vehicle orderly, and capture notes / photos to support a smooth handoff. You wrap up knowing you delivered a five-star experience.
The Role
As a Plumbing Service Consultant, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while building trust through education and transparent communication.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing problems efficiently
- Educate customers on best-fit solutions and our guarantees
- Deliver top-tier workmanship and bring the tools needed to do it right
- Keep your truck and job sites clean and organized
- Follow our service system to ensure consistent, five-star experiences
- Build rapport to earn trust, referrals, and repeat business
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
- Uphold company mission, policies, and service standards
- Perform hands-on work in changing weather and home environments
What You Bring
2–5 years of proven residential electrical experience and a drive to be better tomorrow than todayKnowledge of local electric codes and the ability to apply them on siteStrong communication skills and comfort using iPad-based softwareTeam-first mindset with the independence to own your resultsValid Driver's LicensePre-Employment
