Per Diem Physical Therapist – Float Role

360 Physical Therapy | Central & West Valley, AZ

Pay Range : $50–$60 / hour (based on experience & location)

Schedule : Flexible, as-needed hours — designed around you

At 360 Physical Therapy, we're inviting compassionate, skilled Physical Therapists to join us as Per Diem Floats across our Central and West Valley clinics — including Phoenix (24th Street), Surprise, Glendale, Greenway, and Goodyear.

This role is perfect for clinicians who want to stay connected to a supportive team, explore diverse patient populations, and maintain control over their time.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Float PT, you'll bring your expertise to multiple clinics, helping patients move better and feel stronger — one personalized plan at a time.

  • Provide outpatient orthopedic care
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with experienced, caring clinicians
  • Document with ease using our modern EMR system
  • Stay aligned with clinical standards and compliance
