Full time position for senior tax accountant

3 plus years of experience and needs to have experience reviewing company and personal tax returns we have had two other people we had to let go since they said they could review but they were really nothing more than a heavy preparer

Flexible on remote work but during tax season need at least 4 days a week at office. Otherwise I am fine with 2-3 office and 2-3 days remote.

Tax season hours are strenuous from 2 / 15 to 4 / 15 we work late nights two days a week until anywhere from 8pm to midnight.

Rest of year is more chill. Flexible on arrival time and end of day. All of us here have kids so we know stuff comes up and thats fine.
