Key Responsibilities
Drive customer retention and revenue growth by meeting retention targets
Build and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment and performance management
Develop strategic plans to enhance customer experience and facilitate feedback for improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional management experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Proven success in managing teams in a high-growth environment
Strong background in monitoring team performance against KPIs and SLAs
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems
Experience in teaching software functionality to users
