Key Responsibilities
Guide onboarding, accelerate adoption, and improve workflows for customers
Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Manage account health, address risks, and communicate updates effectively with customers
Required Qualifications
3 to 7 years of Customer Success or Post Sales experience in B2B SaaS
Preferred experience in insurance, insurtech, MGA, MGU, carrier, or brokerage
Ability to manage complex onboarding processes, including CSV and API integrations
Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion independently
Experience with systems like AMS, PAS, ERP, or CRM
