Job Description

Swoon is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations for a reputed Tax and Assurance company in Grand rapids. This role requires flexibility for occasional overtime during peak seasons. Regular office hours are 8 AM – 5 PM .

  • Duration :   2 / 24 / 2025 – 4 / 18 / 2025
  • Pay Rate : $18.50
  • Office Location :  Grand Rapids, MI  49503

Responsibilities :

  • Scan and organize client documents as they are received.
  • Assist with binding, shipping, and handling certified mail.
  • Support various administrative tasks related to busy-season projects.
  • Help set up and clean up meals during peak periods.
  • Maintain office spaces, including kitchens and conference rooms, to ensure a clean and organized environment.

    • Qualifications : Education :

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

    • Skills :

  • At least one (1) year of experience in office services, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
