Receptionist / Mail Clerk (Spanish Required)

About Us :

Hillstone Law is an established and reputable personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Receptionist / Mail Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role offers a strong career growth path, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment in our modern Westwood office with panoramic views.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer, route, and manage incoming calls with professionalism
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Review, sort, and file checks, faxes, and incoming mail
  • Prepare and manage outgoing certified mail
  • Handle and manage VA (virtual assistant) tasks as assigned
  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records

Requirements :

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) – required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
