A company is looking for a Communications Strategy & Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage communication platforms, including the intranet, to improve user experience and accessibility

Develop and implement communication plans for organizational changes and gather feedback to enhance messaging

Support leadership communications by preparing materials for internal meetings and ensuring clarity in messaging

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in product management, organizational transformation, or internal communications

Experience with digital solutions and measurable adoption metrics

Strong background in program or project management in complex environments

Experience in a management consulting firm, transformation consultancy, or high-growth startup is preferred

Familiarity with healthcare environments or supporting clinicians is strongly preferred
