The Retail and Education Director for Travel Retail Americas will drive the development and execution of best-in-class retail and education strategies across the Americas, with a strong focus on Latin America and the North American airports. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of both regional markets and the unique demands of the travel retail environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Retail and Education Director , you are responsible for the sell out growth of our Fragrances and Makeup portfolio within the dynamic Travel Retail channel.

Retail Strategy & Execution

• Lead retail strategy and operations across LATAM, the U.S., and Canada Travel Retail markets.
• Drive retail excellence, ensuring high standards of customer service, merchandising, and in-store execution.
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to optimize door-level performance and conversion.
• Monitor KPIs across the region to drive growth and identify areas for improvement.
• Support and coach a team of Retail Managers and beauty advisors to deliver sell out targets.

The team consists of a regional retail and training manager” working closely together with several departments such as Merchandising, Marketing and Key Accounts.
