Senior HVAC Service Technician

Spokane – Coeur d’Alene Area

Job Overview :

A highly respected HVAC company as hired Aspen Personnel Service to help them find a skilled Senior Level Service Technician who excels in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and hands-on repair work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system issues, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to work in a small team that values work / life balance. We are looking for a technician who can fix problems, not sell services.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Support and mentor junior technicians as needed
  • Ensure all service work meets safety and quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Assist with scheduling or workflow coordination when necessary

Skills and Experience :

  • 5+ years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification and valid HVAC license
  • Strong skills in system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation
  • A reliable, solutions-focused approach and leadership potential

    • Compensation :

  • Pay range : $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
