As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities, including property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences within the facility.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required.

Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
