About the role

This person will manage pricing decks, sourcing, and purchasing for client swag programs and shop consumables. They should be comfortable building accurate pricing proposals and sourcing on-brand, high-quality merchandise that elevates client kits and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, purchasing, or sourcing—ideally within promotional products, packaging, or retail.
• Ability to find and evaluate quality merchandise.
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and product specifications.
• Proficiency in building client-facing decks and organizing product information.
• Strong problem-solving and research capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and orders at once.
• Purchasing / Production create POs; manage proofs, pre-pro samples, art / decoration specs (PMS, stitch counts, print areas).
• Track orders through production, kitting, and delivery; resolve exceptions with vendors proactively.
• Shop & packaging supplies forecast and purchase corrugate, SBS boards, mailers, tape, tissue, labels, and inserts. Optimize pack-outs for protection, presentation, and cost (DIM weight awareness).
