We're now looking for a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive cleanings, scaling, and polishing

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed

• Assist with periodontal charting and support treatment planning with the dentist

• Maintain accurate, thorough patient records

• Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and operatory

• Stay current with advances in dental hygiene practices and technology

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Oregon RDH license

• Strong foundation in dental hygiene procedures and terminology

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach

• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Prior dental office experience is a plus (but not required)
