Group Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing group benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits account management, a deep understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and proficiency in Excel.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : Up to $55,000 annually.
Responsibilities
Manage group benefits accounts of all sizes, ensuring seamless service delivery.Conduct open enrollments and partner with sales executives to meet client needs.Handle all aspects of account servicing, from start to finish.Work directly with carriers to negotiate renewals and maintain competitive offerings.Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage client accounts effectively.Maintain compliance with ACA regulations and provide expert guidance to clients.Qualifications / Requirements
Licensure : Life & Health (L&H) license is required.Experience : Minimum of 3 years in benefits account management within an agency setting.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Employee Navigator software.Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).Location : Must reside in Virginia or North Carolina.#LI-KD1
