We are currently seeking a part-time front desk receptionist for weekends and as needed coverage.

The front desk receptionist will facilitate the flow of organizational information and provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one year of receptionist/switchboard operator experience, preferably in a health care setting.

Must possess excellent telephone etiquette and tact, pleasant and audible speech with good communication, ability to operate AT&T System 25 or 75 console or similar; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization.
