Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of company-wide and team offsite meetings, including logistics and budget management
Manage key employee experience moments such as milestone celebrations and recognition initiatives
Develop and execute cultural initiatives that reinforce the company's values and support employee engagement
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in employee experience, employee engagement, or a similar people-focused role
Proven track record in planning and executing events for distributed teams
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines
Data-informed mindset with experience gathering employee feedback for actionable improvements
Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
