Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance operations during a critical period. This fully onsite contract role based in SF is ideal for a detail oriented who brings a strong understanding of AR processes and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment application, and collections

Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances

Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and clients

Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation

Support month-end close activities and generate AR-related reports

Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the AR function

Requirements

Qualifications :

4+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or accounting operations

Proficiency with ERP / accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities

High level of accuracy, accountability, and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently in an onsite, team-oriented environment
