Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary : The Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist will report to the Director of Supply Chain and will coordinate supply chain processes and product delivery by tracking and reviewing invoices shipment status and delivery route activity.

Job Duties :

• Communicate transportation costs to affected parties.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and appointments.
• Track product through transportation process make recommendations and provide updates to other departments and / or customers as necessary.
• Coordinate daily with Shipping and Receiving Department on shipments.
• Maintain various reports and shipping documents for domestic and international shipments.
• Works closely with the Purchasing Department on managing and optimizing in-bound freight costs and timely delivery.
• Perform other duties and collaborates as assigned.

Physical Requirements : Must be able to work in a facility that handles allergens including but not limited to : wheat soy egg milk and tree nuts. Must be able to work in open environments exposed to pungent odors and varying climates.
