We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in Oakdale, California. This position can be part or full-time work and we can be flexible on days / hours and has the fabulous opportunity to work in all settings : Acute / Rehab / SNF and Outpatient.

This is a rare opportunity to explore all areas with a single position!

Our Oak Valley team is solid and has a wonderful and responsive Director of Rehab!

This position is available immediately.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs
• Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients
• Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs and coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
• California State licensed Occupational Therapist
