Join the entrepreneurs! Are you someone with a passion for sales, helping others, and is driven by money? You can partner with one of the largest and most respected insurance brands in the country. We are searching for a qualified candidate who is interested in starting their own agency here at Farmers, which will give you the most freedom, while getting rewarded for your drive and success!

Along with the virtual training requirement from Farmers, you will be provided hands-on training with our district office team to ensure your success. We will train you and your team members for free and assist with the registration process for licensing.

Salary Range : $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

    • Responsibilities

    You will be able to sell :

  • Auto and home insurance
  • Life and financial services
  • Business and workers comp
  • You will have the ability to broker business rejected by Farmers Insurance.

  • Monthly new business bonus of 300% with up to 60% annual bonus on all first-year commissions
