Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8;10 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65 This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : 6 : 00am-4 : 00pm; 8-hour shifts and possibly some 10-hour shifts
• Required Cases : General, Neuro, Cardiac, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Vascular, Ear / Nose / Throat, Gastrointestinal. will look at candidate with case exclusions
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : Care team 3 : 1
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60 to 90 days
