DESCRIPTION of NEEDS :

Part Time 2 days a week for consults with an ACT program and all adult and geriatric patients.

Credential Accepted : DO;MD

Board Status : Board Certified / Board Eligible

State Licensure : North Carolina

Coverage Need : Any two days of the week including weekends. Very flexible option due to a new clinic. The new clients are being added to an ACTT program. Clients are seen once a month with a focus on addictions and homelessness.

• Growing program at a 3rd location for a client and may turn into more days if you wanting to add
• 6 month ongoing confirmation for a locums assignment
• New location does not have a NP but with growth that may be added in the future.
• 100% Adult population and never expecting a mix population
• EHR is Wellsky

REQUIRED :

NC state license; active, unrestricted

BC / BE : General Psychiatry or Fellowship trained in Geriatric helpful

COMPENSATION; Highly competitive hourly rate for locums Part-Time.
