Located in Mesa, Arizona, we have built a strong team of over 200 dedicated professionals. We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Checker to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities : As a Quality Control Checker, you will :

  • Must be able to read, understand, and interpret structural steel drawings.
  • Identify different material types accurately.
  • Communicate with Foreman, Supervisors and Managers.
  • Communicate non-conformance issues clearly to fitters, welders, painters, and loaders.
  • Make sure welders are following welding procedure and producing quality.
  • Strong sense of teamwork.
  • Work systematically along with fitters and welders in a prioritized fashion.
  • Follow company safety guidelines, procedures and policies.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
  • Monitor production to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Uphold company and quality standards.
  • Coach welders and fitters to enhance production quality.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of shop drawings and quality standards.
  • Excellent clerical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to stoop, Kneel, crawl, lay, bend, squat, and walk for long periods.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
