We are seeking Medium Voltage Technicians who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of medium voltage (MV) electrical systems and equipment, typically ranging from 600V to 69kV. This role ensures the safe and reliable operation of electrical distribution systems in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, test, commission, and maintain medium voltage switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, and related electrical equipment.
• Medium Voltage VFD and Switchgear troubleshooting expereince.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on MV systems, identifying and correcting electrical faults.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on MV electrical infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain protective relays and metering equipment.
• Safely isolate and de-energize equipment for maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Adhere strictly to electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians on power distribution projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Support emergency response efforts related to electrical system failures.
