[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in risk management, Business, or Real Estate. 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate insurance, risk management, or related fields. Strong knowledge of real estate construction insurance and commercial real estate insurance coverage. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Supervisory experience is preferred. ARM, CRIS, or CPCU designation is a plus. Experience with commercial lending, construction risk, and environmental or terrorism coverage. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with internal teams and external clients at all levels. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and perform under pressure. Insurance Risk Analyst
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Insurance Risk Analyst. This role will be based onsite at a large Marsh Real Estate client in Boston, MA. This is an in-office role that requires working at least four days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex coordination and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to :
- Support the Managing Director in managing insurance risk, handling day-to-day inquiries, and overseeing insurance placements for real estate investments.
- Assist with the placement of project-specific, portfolio-wide property, liability, environmental, and terrorism insurance programs, including data collection and exposure analysis.
- Manage the acquisition and disposition processes related to risk management, review and negotiate contracts, and work with brokers, consultants, and lenders.
- Oversee insurance premium processes, including payment tracking and quarterly adjustments, and support RFP requests, presentations, and special projects.
- Maintain data integrity within the Risk Management System (RMS) and support the debt lending insurance process.
