Job Description :
Lead cross-functional teams to bring electromechanical medical devices from R&D to scalable manufacturing. You'll own design transfer, mentor engineers, and ensure new products meet all regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead NPI design transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
- Partners across manufacturing, QA / RA, and marketing for alignment.
- Ensure FDA and Quality System compliance.
- Develop technical specs and manage budgets and performance metrics.
- Mentor and guide engineers through complex technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
