Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications

Experience or certification in caregiving or a related field is preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures

Familiarity with memory care, dementia care, and home community care

Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals of diverse backgrounds

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
