What You’ll Do

• Lead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects.
• Serve as the technical lead on MEP systems designs.
• Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
• Mentor and supervise PE's, EITs, and junior engineers.
• Coordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Contribute to QA / QC processes and the development of internal design standards.

Requirements

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $120,000 to $160,000, but this is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.
