Job Description

Requirements :

LPN (current and active)

BLS certificate

Able to stand for hours at a time

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirement of Employment : COVID-19 Vaccination before hire

Prefer : Experience with LTC

Experience with PCC and eMAR

Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Tasks for this position include, but not limited to :

Able to work day shift 0600 to 1800

Safely administer medications

Perform assessments on patients for charting and when notify MD / CNP

Work with CNAs to provide good quality care to all residents

Entering orders in PCC and carrying out MD / CNP orders

Able to perform standard nursing care as learned in nursing school
