At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) Student Analysts play a key role in delivering compassionate evidence-based ABA therapy while actively working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. This full-time role provides structured supervision hands-on clinical experience and a clear pathway toward professional advancement.

Required Skills :

Previous experience as a Behavior Technician ABA Therapist RBT or in a similar role supporting children with autism or developmental needs RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain and maintain certification) Strong skills in data collection documentation and communication Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Dedication to delivering high-quality evidence-based care

Required Education :

Required : Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programMasters program for those pursuing BCBA eligibilityBachelors or masters program for those pursuing BCaBA eligibilityRequired : Coursework must meet BACB Verified Course Sequence (VCS) requirements or institutional equivalentRequired : Must meet BACB eligibility standards for supervised fieldwork
