Civil Associate Engineering Technician -- Water & Industrial Water

COMPANY is seeking an Associate Engineering Technician to support multidisciplinary project teams delivering critical infrastructure within the Water & Industrial Water Market Sector. This role contributes to site development efforts—including grading, drainage, erosion control, roadways, fencing, and underground utilities—by producing high‑quality engineering deliverables using Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation.

What You’ll Do

• Support engineering teams under general supervision

• Create, update, and maintain drawings, models, and technical documentation

• Use CAD/BIM/3D modeling tools to develop site development plans

• Perform basic computations (material quantities, dimensional checks)

• Coordinate with other project groups to reduce errors and interferences

• Apply COMPANY standards, document control practices, and Quality Program requirements

• Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge of emerging tools and processes

• Provide early-stage guidance to junior technicians

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation

• Civil 3D experience with alignments, pipe networks, plan/profile, sections, proposed grading, and surfaces

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate required; Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Technology preferred

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
