Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales and service calls to enhance customer experience
Provide thoughtful advice to customers regarding contact lens purchases
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Required Qualifications
2-3 years minimum customer service experience
Experience in inbound sales and contact centers is a plus
Reliable internet connection with specified speeds
Computer literacy with typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Must reside in approved locations : North Carolina, Texas, or Utah
