Job Description

• 1st and 2nd shift Hours ( 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm and 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30 pm) With Overtime expected.
• In the rotation schedule to work Saturday's for postal deliveries via company Van.
• Operate a dockstocker and a walkie pallet rider to load trucks in the evening as needed.
• Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees. Direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standard, policies and procedures. Report any problems, potential problems, hazardous situations to management
• Inspect products and / or shipments to verify conformance to specifications
• Review and approve production samples, and / or shipments as necessary
• Assist management with implementation of “Continuous Improvement” initiatives
• Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks
• When necessary, attend production meetings and / or confer with other departments to coordinate production activities
• Coordinate or perform training for new employees, contract workers, and / or guests to ensure safety, quality, and production requirements are understood

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $18.25- $25.75 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and / or stand-by pay.
