Receiving Associate

Job Summary & General Duties :

Perform accurate and timely shipping / receiving of AdvoCare products in and out of Distribution Center.  Daily unloading and loading of product from inbound and outbound trucks.  Performing Carrier Inspections for all shipments.  Ensuring the accuracy of Bill of Lading.  Reporting product received discrepancies, and all other issues to Supply Chain, Inventory and QA / QC Departments.  Perform "Goods Receipt" in Oracle Applications.  Check Bill of lading quantities vs. physical counts.  Provide weekly count of all shipper boxes in stock.  Assist Inventory Control with daily inventory transfers.  Assist or perform warehouse tasks given by management to support business needs.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred :

High School Diploma / GED   Minimum of 1 year working experience   Understanding of LPN's, lot numbers, purchase orders and best by dates  Oracle Applications   Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel   Wireless Inventory system (TELNET)  Operation of various types of forklifts within the Distribution Center-(Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, Order pickers and Scissor Lifts)

• Shift = 7am-3 : 30pm Monday-Friday
