A company is looking for an Office Assistant - Case Management.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and triage phone calls from patients, families, and hospital departments
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Case Management team
Maintain accurate information and documentation while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
High School diploma / GED or 10 years of work experience
One year of experience required
Previous computer and phone answering experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
Experience with EPIC strongly preferred
