About The Position

Job Title : Occupational Therapist Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty : Home Health Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 Experience : Minimum 2 years required License : State license required Certifications : BLS required Must-Have : National certifications required Experience with adult health care First-time travelers accepted Ability to provide 6 visits per day Description : Occupational Therapist position available in home health. The role involves providing occupational therapy services to adult patients. Responsibilities include evaluating patients and developing treatment plans. Candidates must have experience with various diagnoses including neuro, ortho, and medically complex cases. Skills in cognitive assessment, patient education, safety, and injury prevention are essential. The work schedule consists of Monday to Friday with no weekend requirements. Candidates should have strong assessment skills and experience with adaptive equipment. The primary focus will be on improving patient functional abilities and promoting independence. A commitment to quality patient care is expected.
