Job Description

We are seeking experienced Developer / Programmer Analyst 3 professionals to support a major automation project within a healthcare services environment. The role involves enhancing existing web services and batch processing systems, adding new forms, workflows, and service authorizations.

Job Title : Developer / Programmer Analyst 3

Contract : 6 Month+

Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Technical Requirements

8+ years of experience in :
Full SDLC : analysis, design, testing, integration, deployment.
Java / J2EE , SQL programming, object-oriented analysis / design.
Web Services, RAD, WebSphere.
Oracle-based stored procedures.
System integration testing, defect management.
Developing test plans, scenarios, and schedules.
Data structures, migration, relational / multi-dimensional database design.
Strong interpersonal skills for design, development, peer reviews, and implementation.
Ability to evaluate user requests for feasibility, cost, and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years working with Texas Health and Human Services systems (or similar state healthcare systems).

Project Overview

Work on an automation initiative for long-term care services, focusing on adding new forms, workflows, and claims processing enhancements.
