We are partnering with a highly respected, bank-affiliated Private Wealth Advisory team to hire a Client Associate who will play a visible, client-facing role supporting Relationship Managers and high-net-worth clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional client service, building trust quickly, and managing details in a fast-paced, professional environment. Candidates with demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and disciplineoften gained through collegiate athletics, student leadership, or meaningful extracurricular involvementtend to excel in this role.

What Youll Do

  • Partner closely with Relationship Managers to support client relationships
  • Maintain and update client and account information
  • Educate clients on account services and platform capabilities
  • Prepare reports and materials for client meetings
  • Coordinate documentation for new accounts and service requests
  • Support client events, marketing efforts, and team calendars

What Were Looking For

  • Prior client service experience
  • Willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
